tuesday--MATH!

though i didn't study a terrible lot today, i'm still quite proud of myself. i studied at considerable speed despite going out of school for lunch and taking a lot of breaks between studying. :)

but i guess it's more than worth it. after all, after this whole school thing is over, what we'll remember and what we'll hold dear probably isn't all that info on aliphatic amines or galvanic cells. it's the quality time we've spent, the things we chose to do over studying, the supposedly top priority in our lives now.

so today, i spent quality time getting hit by a rock, i mean, bubble tea pearl. -_-

bong and i went with the bboys (casey, wilson, terrance, KY) and ezra for lunch at golden rooster (we got super speedy service thanks to the guys! :D *happies*) and on the way back to school, i discovered the REAL reason why people like pearls so much, despite each one carrying about 20 kcal worth of FATFATFAT energy.

yes, pearls are not only meant for eating, they also double as supplies of AMMUNITION, and can prove to be rather deadly when launched orally, (or is it aurally?) just as i realized today when i FREAKING GOT HIT SMACK IN THE BACK OF MY NECK BY ONE OF THOSE STUPID ROUND PIECES OF STARCH FIRED LIKE SOME MISSILE PROJECTILE FROM THE MOUTH OF JIADAAAA. >8O

it felt like a really hard rock that hit one of my acupoints, you know, those things that stop movement when they're blocked? yeah.

but i have to admit the entire incident was rather amusing, even though it was at my expense. (especially when bong got hit in the cheek a few minutes later :P)

so yes, we left a trail of amylase-drenched pearls all the way from the school gate to the right wing. :) now we shall never get lost while finding our way from the canteen to the wings! :O hurray.

okay enough of that senseless recount. after that escapade of ours, wilson, terrance, bong and i took great pains to travel up 4 flights of stairs to the LIBRARY. a place almost foreign to me. studying there was quite fun! there were times when we kept quiet and studied seriously, but between those studying times we took breaks which were always full of fun and crap and weirdness and madness. literally. XD i've never had so much fun studying in a long time.

we should do this some time again.

i seem to have the feeling that i typed that last line before on this blog. i shall proceed to read through my archives, to find out the kind of life i led 2 years ago, during the year of the Os. :)

i had deja vu again today. something to do with my friend, the math paper, a cone, and the complex numbers question that was right below it. it was....kinda cool. x)
