it's amazing how inspiring dance can be, regardless of what form it takes, or whether it's a genre we're familiar with or not. :)

went to support the bboys today at their RPresenting to the fullest competition. i missed their battles because i was late thanks to some hold up with my family... NGAHHHHH. ohwell. SORRY DUDES. X(((

the teams i saw perform were good. especially these dudes from radikal forze.
(is that how you spell it?)
as well as some b-GIRLS.
(GO BONG, NIC, MEIYING AND RACHEL!)
and kyensai
(why are all the names so hard spell?)
and many other random people whose bboys names i can't recall.
(whoops)
the judges were super zaii too (duhh). i especially liked the style of the one called bboy toshroc(k?). super sui.

yeah yeah i know. what right do i have to judge? i know nuts about bboying. well, what i judged based on was the overall impression, style (how good they looked to me) and musicality. and MAN, those people one the dance floor tonight were geniuses at playing with their music. :) AND IT'S FREESTYLE. like. ZOMG.

i hope the bboys don't feel demoralised. i mean, those people have years more experience than you all! :) if you're positively pressured and motivated then that's good, just don't zibei. X) because i think you guys still ROCKROCKROCK whooo. imba MAD.

this was a team whose name was one i did not like AT ALL. i mean, it would have been fine under certain circumstances. like for example, if yongxiang, terrance and KY kept their BIG MOUTHS SHUT. BUT NOOOOOO they just had to keep laughing and niao-ing and ARGHHHH.
