this and that is life. :)

i've been trying to pack (and failing to do so) my room because sometimes i'm not sure where my stuff is anymore. there's just too much stuff in here! D: i gotta start throwing away things i won't use anymore. (sometimes i really dislike how sentimental i am, i accumulate so many things because i can't bear to throw them away)

another reason why i always take so long to pack my room--i always get distracted by the cool things i find. :/ LIKE THIS:

i think this was given to me by one of my friends some time back when they went overseas! i found it againnnn. ❤ ❤ ❤ it's soooo cute, i am so glad i found it again. 

in other news, i've finally cut and dyed my hair again! VOILA. 

i've been wanting to get it done since forever, but i never had the time nor did i know what i want to do. now it's layered with orangey blonde tips. :) yay :) am now contemplating going for soft rebonding to straighten it. (i don't want to be Lion King again =__=)

the Wild Heart pants orders have finally come in as well! YAY. the colours are really pretty. (and the material is sooo comfy :) )

but some patterns didn't turn out the way i expected them to... like my red and black zebra print became this pink and white girly thing AHHHH. and and IT'S ALL OVER MY BUTTTTT. :((( it wouldn't be that bad if i didn't dislike pink so much. haha.

jess told me it's the ultimate pride pants. :/ that was totally not my intention. haha. i just like rainbows and bright colours. :)

i also visited the Wild Wild Wet fellas at WWW itself, hoping that i'd be able to catch them in action during the show! :) however, due to some miscommunication with the counter staff, i misinterpreted the timing and missed the show entirely. :( OH SIGH. so here's a picture of a grinning Zul instead!

in food news, i had some awesome new finds this week! tried Quizno's according to weesiang's suggestion, it was so yummy!

mum also found this awesome store called Wonder Buns, their stuff is soooo yummy! the bread tastes a little like cinnamon bread, and the strawberry cheese topping is simply precious.  ❤ you can find it at Funan, but i wonder if they have other branch outlets elsewhere!

and alas, i cannot resist Japanese sweet shrimp. had this at Sushi Tei recently, yummy!:

in art news, i sketched out a comic strip using my trusty Wacom this week. 

i have concluded that i draw better and faster on paper than on the tablet. ; v ; 

this isn't really good news because digital art is faster and more convenient~ hahaha. i need more practise!

bus and train doodles ^_^ i love drawing on public transport. it's a productive use of time. but sometimes i get hooked to my phone instead, playing games, checking twitter/instagram/facebook/tumblr etc etc. :/ 

dance-wise, take a look at my practice schedule from end June onwards:

looks like i have just enough time to fit school in. ^_^" hehehe.... but i really wanted to do 5 items this time. it's my last concert while i'm still an NUS student, before i get thrown into that wild sea know as WORK LIFE. i want to make the best out of this last year. i want to live it with no regrets. :)

a really sweet fb message from my cousin who's just picked up dance some time back... this really touched me. by no means do i think i'm a good dancer, much less one of the better ones around. i'm...alright. i'm ok, but i'm not amazing, fantastic or dope. i have so much more to learn, so much further to go. i don't consider myself inspirational. but little messages of love like these keep me going and remind me of what i believe in and what i am aiming for. :)

thank you God for sending me message like these to keep me on track.
