okay what's up with this now?

after taking a good look at some prom photos, my mother concluded that compared to all my friends' dresses, mine looked frumpy. i looked too mature, my tummy was showing and it was bad bad bad. typical.

"you seem to think that you and your friends have better taste than me. and you seem to think your prom dress is very nice."

she has declared that the next time, she is definitely going to pick my prom dress for me.

i like my prom dress, and i love the people who helped me choose it even more! i have no regrets in buying it and i am so grateful to all you guys who took time out of your busy schedules to help me choose it. trust me, i'm happy with it. i trust your judgements. it's not that i don't trust my mum's, it's just that i think we might have different tastes, that's all. she's entitled to her own opinions and i don't blame her for saying those things about my taste.

oh and she added that in photos, i smile so big, that it's frightening. ^_^ thanks, mummy.

i thought she said it was okay when i bought it. i thought she had actually liked it. i mean, it's her favourite colour, and i thought she'd be happy with it. i didn't expect her to look back 6 days later and conclude that i looked a fright and had an uncanny resemblance to a monster.

i guess my mum doesn't realise how happy i am with the dress and how much i like it.. it's not her fault. but HOO i'm scared to see what she'll pick for me for JC prom. XP

hey but PHEW luckily she didn't say anything bad about you guys. she thinks nic and kim looked like movie stars!!! XD i was so pleased that i didn't make any rude replies to her! phew phew phew.

oh and ying, she went like, "WHOA." when she saw your cleavage and your dress. WAY TO GO, YING!!! XD
